The Senior Nintex Workflow Analyst is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining advanced Nintex-based solutions that enhance business operations. This senior-level role requires extensive experience in Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Cloud, with additional expertise in SharePoint, Power Platform, and ServiceNow. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement workflow automation solutions while supporting ongoing system upgrades and process improvements.

Senior Nintex Workflow Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms solutions to streamline business processes.
  • Migrate and optimize existing workflows, including advanced state machines, into scalable solutions using Power Platform and other tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Integrate workflows with SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016, SQL databases, and other business systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Nintex, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
  • Document workflows, solutions, and processes in compliance with SDLC and organizational standards.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and quarterly team meetings as needed.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on Nintex tools, offering training and guidance to the team.

Senior Nintex Workflow Analyst Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Cloud.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016, PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), SQL, and JavaScript.
  • Advanced experience building state machines, integrating databases, and working with REST web services.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and its integration with collaboration platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes and enterprise-level workflow development.
  • Nintex Workflow Professional Certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Visual Studio Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Graph APIs is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach to collaborating with stakeholders.
