Our client in the specialty chemicals industry came to Hunter with a decision to pilot a second shift in their global testing laboratories. This decision came after tedious research and budgeting decisions.
Hunter was selected as the provider for contingent workers piloting a second shift. Having worked with this client for over ten years, we were deeply committed to the success of their pilot project. Our first two hires were Chemists, followed by several Lab Technicians to anchor the lab. Within the first six months Hunter successfully staffed the laboratory to capacity resulting in a 67% increase testing output capabilities. Following the success of the pilot, a second shift was launched and staffed exclusively by Hunter within two other lab groups of their organization.
