The Lead Software Developer will play a key role in developing and maintaining programs and systems, performing in-depth analysis and troubleshooting, and supporting major projects.

Lead Software Developer Responsibilities:

Support and guide other team members.
Develop, modify, and maintain programs, diagnosing and correcting errors.
Analyze and plan systems, documenting plans and schedules.
Design systems based on analysis and consultations, and documents them to meet standards.
Assist with system installation, training, and troubleshooting.
Provide technical advice, create reports, and offer training and problem-solving support.
Analyze and recommend major projects and system enhancements.
Define user requirements and translate them into functional system requirements.
Provide technical training for deployed applications.
Participate in creating system procedures, guidelines, and technical documentation.
Maintain software development life cycle.

Lead Software Developer Requirements:

Willing to work ONSITE, M-F
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or relevant experience and certifications.
5+ years of related IT experience within application development.
Experience with SQL Server.
Proficiency with C# .NET preferred.
Experience with job scheduling tools.
Expertise in standard QA/testing.
