Litigation Support Project Manager will plan, execution, and monitoring of litigation support projects.
Litigation Support Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines.
- Manage project budgets and resources.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks.
- Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to gather and review documents.
- Manage and oversee the production of documents for discovery.
- Provide training and support to litigation support staff.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest litigation support technologies and trends.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Litigation Support Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation support project management.
- Strong understanding of litigation support processes, project management principles, and legal technology.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Proven track record of success in completing projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Strong understanding of litigation support processes, project management principles, and legal technology.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Work may require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
