Litigation Support Project Manager will plan, execution, and monitoring of litigation support projects.

Litigation Support Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines.
  • Manage project budgets and resources.
  • Track project progress and identify potential risks.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to gather and review documents.
  • Manage and oversee the production of documents for discovery.
  • Provide training and support to litigation support staff.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest litigation support technologies and trends.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Litigation Support Project Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation support project management.
  • Strong understanding of litigation support processes, project management principles, and legal technology.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Proven track record of success in completing projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of litigation support processes, project management principles, and legal technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to work overtime when needed. 
  • Work may require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
