Monday - Friday (7:30-4:00pm)
Receptionist will be the first point of contact for employees and visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor. This position plays a crucial role in creating an employee centric environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
• Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and guests.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory.
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings as needed.
• Follow office security procedures
Receptionist Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
