Personal Lines Account Manager
Delaware, Ohio (Hybrid)
The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for our clients, you will handle all aspects of inside service, including coverage inquiries, endorsements, problem-solving, renewals, policy reviews, and general client support.  You will partner with our Risk Advisors and agency support staff to deliver a seamless and positive client experience.  Your problem-solving skills and dedication to client satisfaction will be essential to your success.
Personal Lines Account Manager Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapport.
  • Analyze client needs, solve problems, and confidently deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide exceptional, client-first service, treating each client with the utmost respect.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a focus on professional business correspondence.
  • Collaborate effectively with Risk Advisors and agency support staff.
Personal Lines Account Manager Qualifications:
  • Active Ohio insurance P&C license.
  • 2 or more years of experience in account management, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Experience using Applied Epic is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and develop trust with clients and team members.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment adapting to the needs of clients.
  • Team player that contributes to a positive and fun work culture.
  • High degree of professionalism.
  • Desire to grow professionally and continually educate yourself on industry trends and changes.
