- Enforce strict adherence to sterilization, decontamination, and infection control protocols.

Sterile Processing Department Supervisor Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sterile processing with a strong technical background.
- CRCST certification (or equivalent) required.
- At least one year of leadership or managerial experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality standards.
