Job Description:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Molecular Biologist to support our plant biology research and production pipeline. This role involves working within an ISO9001-compliant environment to drive molecular processes that enhance our crop science initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in molecular biology techniques and a detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate documentation and product delivery.

Responsibilities:

Conduct molecular biology research and apply standard laboratory practices to support plant biology studies.
Ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards and safety protocols through proper documentation and training.
Provide on-the-floor scientific support in plant biology and assist in laboratory operations.
Execute molecular processes at a production scale, delivering products to downstream partners.
Accurately batch, document, and track deliverables within internal data systems.
Troubleshoot and support deviation resolution to maintain research integrity.
Continuously learn and apply new research technologies to enhance laboratory efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Plant Science, or a related field.
Experience with molecular biology techniques, including DNA cloning and data analysis.
Ability to learn and navigate new data systems while following best practices in documentation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically in a laboratory setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in molecular biology or a related field.
Previous experience working in an ISO9001 environment.
Familiarity with plant biology research and automation techniques.
