Data Clerk will report to the Senior Manager, Engineering Compliance and is responsible for accurate management and safeguarding of documentation generated by the maintenance team, contractors and suppliers in support of the day-to-day operation of the maintenance department and in a manner that will enable all relevant parties to quickly retrieve them.

Data Clerk will report to the Senior Manager, Engineering Compliance and is responsible for accurate management and safeguarding of documentation generated by the maintenance team, contractors and suppliers in support of the day-to-day operation of the maintenance department and in a manner that will enable all relevant parties to quickly retrieve them.
Data Clerk Responsibilities:
- Receive and safeguard new documents from customers for filing, create and label document folders, enter into CICR, and file in the Engineering library.
- Use CICR to search for and retrieve filed documents from the library for customers.
- Perform second review of equipment/instrument data in CMMS.
- Possible scanning and archiving.
- Assist in site audits and inspections with retrieving engineering documentation as needed.
- Perform various other routine clerical duties.
- Will create and label document folders and create electronic tracking/cataloging in internal tracking system, CICR (Central Index of Company Records).
- The clerk will also perform second review of data entered into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good understanding of imperial and metric units of length measurement.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities: Ability to understand and solve mathematical problems, including word problems, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Analytical and quantitative skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite
- High school diploma or GED
- Previously worked in a cGMP setting
- Worked with CMMS and/or CICR systems previously
- Advanced Excel and/or MacroExpress skills
