A well-established insurance provider is seeking an Account Executive – New Business to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional service to professional services firms. This role requires strong sales skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a large prospect pool while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit prospects via outbound phone calls.
- Handle policy, system, and payment questions throughout the sales process.
- Manage and maintain a large prospect pipeline.
- Achieve sales targets and customer service standards established by the company.
- Complete light underwriting duties associated with the sales process.
- Assist in marketing and branding of the program and company.
- Adhere to an established sales process and contact plan to exceed new business sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Maintain accountability for individual results.
- Perform other duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years of professional office experience, with outbound sales experience preferred.
- IL P&C license or ability to obtain one (preferred).
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote after training (4 days in-office, 1 day remote during training)
