A well-established insurance provider is seeking an Account Executive – Renewals to manage client relationships and drive retention efforts within professional liability programs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to exceed customer service and retention targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide impeccable customer service to all clients.
- Handle policy, system, and payment questions throughout the renewal process.
- Make outbound contacts through phone and email to maintain and service clients.
- Manage renewals within Lawyers and Accountants Professional Liability Programs.
- Achieve sales targets and customer service standards established by the company.
- Complete light underwriting duties associated with the renewal process.
- Assist in marketing and branding of the program and company.
- Adhere to an established sales process and contact plan to exceed retention targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Maintain reliability and accountability for individual results.
- Perform other duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years of outbound sales experience preferred.
- IL P&C license or ability to obtain one (preferred).
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and quickly apply new skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote after training (4 days in-office, 1 day remote during training)
