The Onboarding Coordinator will play a vital role in facilitating and coordinating the onboarding process for new caregivers within the organization. This position involves administrative responsibilities that ensure seamless communication between candidates and new hires, ensuring that onboarding is completed accurately and efficiently by the new caregiver's start date. Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are required for success in this role.
Onboarding Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and coordinate new caregiver appointments and onboarding procedures.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates and new caregivers regarding all aspects of the onboarding process.
- Maintain and manage accurate records of candidate and caregiver details throughout the onboarding process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure all new caregiver documentation and requirements are completed on time for their start date.
- Input and update data in relevant systems, including Workday, Certiphi, and Readyset.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support pre-boarding activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards when handling Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
- Adhere to organizational processes, ensuring all necessary forms, background checks, and compliance documents are completed.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation management.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new software systems (Workday, Certiphi, Readyset) quickly (training will be provided).
- Previous administrative or onboarding experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with privacy regulations.
