The ServiceNow Developer will play a key role in enhancing enterprise solutions by designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow applications and workflows. This role involves collaborating with business teams and IT professionals to streamline operations, improve automation, and drive efficiency in business processes.

ServiceNow Developer Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications, including UI components, automation scripts, and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and automation.
Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues within ServiceNow applications.
Lead the development of knowledge-sharing initiatives, ensuring best practices are documented and accessible.
Optimize system performance and user experience through ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and performance tuning.
Maintain compliance with data security, privacy, and organizational standards.
Stay current with industry trends and ServiceNow advancements to propose innovative solutions.
Participate in design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system interoperability.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster continuous improvement.

ServiceNow Developer Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI policies, and workflow automation.
Proficiency in SharePoint Online, including list management, site customization, and automation workflows.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, knowledge management, and system integrations.
Experience with API development, data mapping, and third-party system integrations.
ServiceNow Application Developer Certification preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving business needs and technological advancements.
