HR Admin will be responsible for overseeing the hiring and separation processes and administering payroll for hourly employees. This position will coordinate various plant wide events and projects that will involve our employees concerning benefits, engagement, communication and any other item designated by the management team.

HR Admin will be responsible for overseeing the hiring and separation processes and administering payroll for hourly employees. This position will coordinate various plant wide events and projects that will involve our employees concerning benefits, engagement, communication and any other item designated by the management team.
HR Admin Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records including new hire files, attendance records, and other HR related documentation.
- Process new hire files and I-9 documentation.
- Create and administrate employee badges.
- Assist with employee random drug screening administrative process
- Assist in preparation and facilitation of benefit processes.
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquires on medical programs, retirement plans, healthy living benefits, ECT
- Communicate plant staffing needs to recruiters.
- Schedule and coordinate on-site interviews with recruiters and key plant stakeholders.
- Assist in employee pre-hire and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate new hire orientation by communicating with key plant stakeholders.
- Support in efforts to be a culture of appreciation.
- Participate in coordination of employee engagement initiatives.
- High School Diploma Required
- 4 plus years of working HR experience, preferred.
- Manufacturing Knowledge or Experience, preferred.
- Payroll system experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with employees at different levels in an organization.
