Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to various personnel. This support may extend to personnel located at other sites when needed.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, takes dictation, and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business details.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Works under general supervision while also working within an autonomous team.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Planning and Time management, Multitasking, Working experience in administrative and business support for manager positions.
  •  Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Extensive computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems. Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to gather and monitor information and think result-orientated.

Administrative Assistant Requirements:
  • Minimum administrative experience of 4 years
  • High-school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented approach to work with strong organizational skills and follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to respond with professionalism in verbal and written communications with all levels of management
  • Ability to interact professionally with internal colleagues, regulatory/government agencies and external organizations
  • Ability to problem solve, work across functions (i.e. finance, IT, facilities) to resolve issues as they arise
