 An Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and assist in the accomplishment of daily tasks.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Greet visitors and assist with directing them to the appropriate individuals or meeting rooms.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for staff members.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents both electronically and physically.
  • Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Assist with basic data entry tasks and update spreadsheets or databases as needed.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents

Administrative Assistant Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate degree or certification in Office Administration or related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with calendar management software is preferred (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar).
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is preferred (e.g., QuickBooks).
