Logistics & Distribution Lab Technician will oversee the efficient distribution of multi-platform reagents across the company's global genotyping operations.  The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and timely delivery of reagents essential to our worldwide genotyping efforts. The position requires a motivated individual who is capable of self-directed learning.
 
Logistics & Distribution Lab Technician Responsibilities: 
 
  • Coordinate the distribution of reagents to support global genotyping operations across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and timely replenishment of reagents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and maintain efficient workflow.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders regarding reagent availability and delivery schedules.
  • Adhere to high standards of quality control and documentation in all logistics and distribution activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics procedures to enhance efficiency and reliability.

 
Logistics & Distribution Lab Technician Responsibilities: 

 

  • High school diploma with work related experience is required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or related scientific field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a laboratory or R&D environment is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of genotyping processes, logistics management, customer service, and high throughput processing is strongly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, practice vast attention to detail, and possess robust organization skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
