Data Scientist Generalist will bring together internal and external data and information, analyses, insights, and metrics, to drive excellence in program/trial design and delivery, enabling more efficient planning and execution to speed medicines to patients. 

Data Scientist Generalist Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business teams and analytics team to craft and refine key performance indicators and visualizations that support data-informed decisions.
  • Plan, implement, and organize user-facing analytics tools, such as dashboards and metrics.
  • Lead the design, analysis, and interpretation of testing.
  • Design, implement, and utilize suitable visualizations and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Establish best practices in analytics, visualization guidelines, and standards
  • Collaborate with business teams to demonstrate the significance of certain metrics based on data-driven insights and educate them on why certain metrics may not be suitable.
Data Scientist Generalist Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science and Analytics
  • Proficiency in excel, Power BI, Python or R, and SQL
