The Eastern Regional Sales Manager will aim to drive profitable sales for a defined territory while providing leadership and maintaining key customer accounts for company products. They will manage key OEM accounts, value-added resellers, manufacturing representatives, and integrators within the respective region.
Eastern Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop an environment of continual improvement through the use of Lean tools.
  • Ensure proper performance management, training, and development.
  • Achieve and/or exceed annual sales targets (assigned quotas) via direct sales with customers as well as successfully managing hybrid sales channels to include but not be limited to: Manufacturer’s Representatives, Distribution, OEMs, Integrators, as well as other channel partners.
  • Assist in the deployment, implementation, and execution of yearly strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base, ensure the company’s continued position in the marketplace, and capture/identify growth in your region.
  • Build, cultivate, and promote strong, lasting customer relationships by partnering, supporting, and developing sales channels while understanding and identifying customer requirements and needs.
  • Regularly present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets, market trends, and customer product needs, while being aware of our position and competitors’ position in the marketplace.
  • Organize and participate in regular customer training sessions on company products and services.
Eastern Regional Sales Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Wireless/RF sales and/or service with working knowledge of wireless customers and accounts in the Eastern U.S.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good presentation skills and experience managing multiple sales channels.
  • Any experience with Military/Government sales is a plus
