Communications Coordinator provides communications research, writing, project and event support for the U.S. Communications team. The individual will be an active participant in and contributor to the work of the team. Communications team enables growth and drives reputation with communications in support of business goals, including brand and corporate communications, media relations and employee engagement

Communications Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Work with the team to research, draft, publish and report on content, including written, visual, video and digital communications
  • Support development of new communications tools and approaches
  • Help support editorial process
  • Help coordinate newsletter development and distribution
  • Event support as needed
  • Coordinate with U.S. Communications teams

Communications Coordinator Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines
  • Interest and ability in learning new technologies, such as web site content management, email distribution tools
  • Preferred experience with nkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) and YouTube
  •  Familiarity with any of the following tools or similar: Canva (content design), Sprinklr (social media), SiteCore or WordPress (content management), Bazaarvoice (digital commerce), AI tools
