The Clinical Scientist will join a well-known leader in the Consumer Goods Industry.
Clinical Scientist Responsibilities:
- Guides and influences technical project direction and solves significant technical problems by leveraging scientific/engineering skills and strong foundational R&D understanding developed through hands-on experimentation/application.
- Performs Application work and demonstrates implementation skills leveraging knowledge that moves projects forward and also begins to gain exposure to and demonstrate initial proficiency in performing integration work.
Clinical Scientist Requirements:
- Must have a BS (MS, PhD) degree and several years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology, or molecular biology.
- Experience is defined as Hand-on-techniques gained in academic or industrial settings.
- At least 2 years of prior clinical or research study design and management
- Scientific Knowledge: A strong grasp of the scientific method and excellent research documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Clinical SOP (etc. GCPs)
- The ability to effectively lead a fast-paced, diverse, team-oriented environment.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
