Production Associate will assist with the manufacturing process for safe and efficient production while evaluating the quality of end products.

Production Associate Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
    • Assembly: Putting products together on an assembly line, following precise instructions on filling and packaging operations
    • Quality control: Ensuring that the final product meets the company's quality standards
    • Inventory management: Keeping track of how many products are being made and ensuring that there is enough stock to meet customer demand
    • Safety: Adhering to and helping enforce company and industry safety rules and regulations
    • Machine operation: Setting machine parameters, monitoring outputs, and troubleshooting issues
    • Packaging and shipping: Packing finished goods for shipment
    • Clerical tasks: Handling work orders and documentation
  • Positions for Packaging/Packer, Machine Operator, Shipping & Receiving Associate, Mixer, Material Handler, Forklift Driver are all available

Production Associate Requirements:
  • Experience and comfortability working in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail and willingness to show initiative
    • Cross training and growth opportunities are available while working if interested
  • Good reading and math comprehension
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to climb ladders or stairs as well as access platforms to access equipment

Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00am to 3:30pm
  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:30 to 12:00am
  • 3rd Shift – 12:00am to 7:00am (Tuesday – Friday) + Saturday 12:00am – 9:45am
    • For 3rd shift, standard week is 36.5 hours. If the employee has perfect attendance, will receive 2.75 hours of bonus pay.
