The Application Developer will be supporting our current systems in production and supporting requests as they arise with Power BI, development needs and building any new integrations.

Application Developer Responsibilities:
  • Implements stakeholder engagement/communications plans, including, for example; handling of complaints, problems and issues; managing resolutions; corrective actions and lessons learned; collection and dissemination of relevant information.
  • Uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management.
  • Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships. Consultancy (CNSL) Takes responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution.
  • Identifies, evaluates and recommends options, implementing if required.
  • Collaborates with and facilitates stakeholder groups as part of formal or informal consultancy agreements.
  • Seeks to fully address client needs, enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of client personnel, by ensuring that proposed solutions are properly understood and appropriately exploited.
  • Service-Level Management (SLMO) Performs defined tasks to monitor service delivery against service-level agreements and maintains records of relevant information.
  • Regularly analyzes service records against agreed service levels to identify actions required to maintain or improve levels of service and initiates or reports these actions.
  • Emerging Technology Monitoring (EMRG) Maintains awareness of opportunities provided by new technology to address challenges or to enable new ways of working.

Application Developer Requirements:
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, management or other related fields with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience using AWS for application development and deployment.
  • Knowledge of building and maintaining APIs to connect different applications.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for creating reports and data visualizations.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for managing IT support and workflows.
  • Experience with Oracle’s Project Portfolio Management Suite or similar software.
  • Understanding of IBM Filenet, DataCap, and CMOD tools for document and content management.
  • Experience with JIRA for tracking projects and issues.
  • Familiarity with Coupa or similar software for procurement and purchasing.
  • Able to understand client needs, analyze data, and deliver solutions.
  • Good at engaging with stakeholders and managing service levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stays updated on emerging technologies to find new solutions for business needs.
