The Laboratory Technician is responsible for the care and maintenance of laboratory equipment and will assist in the operation of the equipment and gathering data.

Laboratory Technician Responsibilities:
  • Assists with receipt and inspection of raw materials, ordering, and stocking.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Material / Glassware Preparation.
  • Scanning and archiving of laboratory records.
  • Equipment Monitoring and Environmental Monitoring.
  • Physically conduct and reconcile sample inventories (current, bulk, and GLP) in the Sample Logistics Apps. And create Excel inventory reports.

Laboratory Technician Requirements:
  • Education Required-Bachelors Degree.
  • 1-3 years of laboratory experience required.
  • Working knowledge and proven skills of PC computer systems including Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience/knowledge of microbiology and particulate test method development and validation.
