As a Business Process Support Specialist I, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of business processes within the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to streamline operations, identify inefficiencies, and improve overall business performance.

Business Process Support Specialist Responsibilities
  • Provide support in documenting and analyzing existing business processes
  • Assist in the identification of process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and conducting training sessions for process changes.
  • Monitor and evaluate implemented processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business process-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of process changes and updates.

Business Process Support Specialist Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a business process support role or similar capacity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management principles is preferred.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
