Beeline Specialist will have robust knowledge of the Beeline application is critical in supporting a large project to migrate our HR system and integrate it with the Beeline tool. This individual must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the Beeline tool, both technically and functionally. This role requires a wide range of experience to support this application on a day-to-day basis for a large organization.


Beeline Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Responds to client requests by performing appropriate tests to determine if ideas work; communicates results back to client along with possible alternative solutions.
  • Engages with Beeline SME’s to validate the functional design requirements to enable a solution that meets the client’s needs.
  • Supports both functional/technical design; needs to understand and manage how data is mapped and how data decisions should align with business decisions being gathered and made (i.e., foundational data).
  • Works in tandem with the other Beeline work stream specialists (finance, reporting, integration, and configuration) to correctly map out data requirements for their work streams/workflows.
  • Ensures that design decisions of all Beeline work streams are aligned.
  • Translates documented and signed-off functional business processes and requirements into a technical design, and system configurations to support the customer's desired to-be state.
  • Ensures the system works as designed together with other work streams/applications.
  • Manages all aspects of the technology set-up from base configuration to the designed client system, including all ticket-related activities.
  • Ensures that all JIRA tickets are correctly tracked and managed to ensure efficiency and ability to report on challenges and delays
  • Before commencing client user acceptance testing, checks all configured elements requested by client and ensures all business requirements are correctly accounted for in the set up.
  • Delivery and coordination of user acceptance testing with the client as applicable.
  • Support the Beeline tool across ALL groups/industries within our organization.
  • Manage the connections between Beeline Enterprise data tables and import templates.
  • Identify ways to enhance/improve reporting efficiencies; adhoc reporting, optimize existing reports.
  • Document any/all new processes or procedures.
  • Ensures that any issues (data and application) raised during testing are coordinated and resolved.
  • Own Beeline workflows; conditions, rules, notification templates.
     
Beeline Specialist Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Level II Beeline Certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Beeline tool, both technically and functionally.
  • Proven experience with integrations and APIs.
  • Demonstrated user acceptance testing including the staging of data.
  • Beeline security administration.
  • Adhoc report creation.
  • Experience importing and exporting data (i.e., rate cards, cost center, OUs, job titles, work location, etc.)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to investigate, assess and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Organization skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignments simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Workday preferred
