Recruiter Trainee Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a Talent Pipeline: Source and maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future roles in STEM industries.
  • Conduct Interviews & Assess Fit: Engage candidates via phone and in-person interviews, evaluating qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Screen & Qualify Candidates: Review resumes and interview feedback to assess and determine candidate suitability.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, answering questions and providing updates.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Build rapport and engage candidates effectively.
  • Organizational & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to manage multiple candidate relationships while staying organized.
  • High Energy & Passion: Self-starter with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable in a Performance-Driven Culture measured by KPIs.
