Market Specialist will be accountable for assisting in execution of key marketing strategies, messaging, and promotional elements that focus on customer needs and products for the insulation business. They will support market-facing initiatives and report to Senior Marketing Manager.

Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Supports the work of multiple marketing managers across the team.
  • Coordinates Process Execution for Marketing Team.
  • Coordinates all legal approval work and record retention.
  • Helps to update key processes and track in central format (MarCom, Workfront, PIM, SharePoint, Box or other).
  • Support sales team needs such as document coordinator, promotional items, event coordination.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person tradeshows and events.
  • Creation of marketing elements including documents, presentations, sales tools, social media – coordinating approvals process and working with graphic design.
  • Executes collateral and content work with legal, designers and marketing managers.
  • Organizes and maintains work files and photography.
  • Leads marketing projects as assigned with teams.
  • Provides support to the marketing team on projects as needed.
Marketing Specialist Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Public Relations or relevant degree programs.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, sales, PR (or equivalent internship experience for recent graduates).
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities & work with extended teams to complete projects.
  • Creative, highly motivated and results oriented.
  • Articulate, approachable, and candid; shows appreciation for and understanding of the feelings of others; aware of personal impact on others.
