Role Overview:
The Clinical Supply Operations Support Specialist (CSOSS) will assist the Clinical Supply Operations team by performing critical support tasks in receipt, packaging, labeling, warehousing, stock management, distribution, and logistics of clinical supplies. The role primarily involves data entry, document management, metrics tracking, and support for order processing and completion in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry in applicable GMP production, inventory, and distribution systems.
  • Input data into Non-GMP systems, such as SharePoint and scheduling platforms.
  • Manage physical and electronic documents in a GMP-compliant environment.
  • Track requests and orders to support clinical supply operations.
  • Monitor stock usage, perform material quantity tracking, and reconcile inventory.
  • Conduct quality control (QC) checks on documents, document packages, and materials.
  • Raise and track shipments through to delivery and receipt.
  • Generate reports and documents using multiple systems.
  • Create protocol-specific electronic folders and compile e-documents.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reconciliation reports.
  • Manage and organize correspondence from the Global mailbox and file/archiving processes.
  • Identify and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with all required GMP and Non-GMP training.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to work accurately while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with electronic document management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Office tools, Adobe PDF, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Preferred:
  • Experience in regulated/GMP environments.
  • Familiarity with IT systems related to material management or manufacturing operations.
