The Data Entry Clerk will create the customers in the IFin instance of Sales Force.

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain customer records within the IFin instance of SalesForce.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness in alignment with company standards and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather required customer information.
  • Perform regular quality checks to validate the integrity of entered data.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any data discrepancies or system errors.

Data Entry Clerk Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience with data entry and CRM platforms, preferably SalesForce.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential customer information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with SalesForce customization and functionality.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
