The Site Integrated Planner will join a well-known leader in the Consumer Goods Manufacturing Industry.

Site Integrated Planner Responsibilities:
  • Run Monthly Demand Planning cycle with Commercial team;
  • Prepare past 4, 8, 14 weeks of shipment information and highlight where mix is shifting
  • Receive inputs on upcoming commercial activity and expected SKU volume
  • Combine manual “below the line” inputs with standard shipment history to prepare by SKU, by week forecast
  • Get sign off on new forecast from commercial team
  • Run weekly manufacturing planning cycles
  • Review shipment volume, production and inventory in manufacturing and distribution site Highly Restricted
  • Compare demand forecast to inventory and highlight create 4 week manufacturing schedule
  • Review weekly to compare vs actuals and make changes as needed
  • When plan cannot be balanced, highlight out of stock risks in advance; provide choices if any can be made (e.g. delay event A, allow us to spend $, increase staffing, etc)
  • Review expired, damaged, returned inventory monthly
  • Communicate with fulfillment center to bring back inventory for inspection
  • Update NetSuite inventories to match at end of month for Month End Close (MEC)
  • Manage master data for product lifecycle
  • For changes in product formula or artwork, run SAP Material creation process
  • Synchronize NetSuite accounting system
  • Communicate with fulfillment center and commercial team on transition plans
  • Align data between website, planning processes, fulfilment center, and accounting
  • Escalate supply chain issues effectively
  • Prepare written documentation of the current situation
  • Capture which options have been considered to solve the issue w/ input from the team
  • Note which option the team recommends, if any, to solve the issue and why
    Site Integrated Planner Requirements:
    • Prior experience with Planning / Scheduling in at least 1 of Internal Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Material Procurement, and/or Distribution
    • Working understanding of Independent and Dependent Demand; Safety Stock; Shared Materials; Lead Time
    • Intermediate knowledge of Excel & Excel formulas: Arithmetic, V/H/X lookup, Conditional Formatting, Basic troubleshooting
    • Experience with Cosmetic Products (regulated) is beneficial
    • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate / Power Query desired but not mandatory
    • Experience in DTC eCommerce is preferred (emphasis on experience with Commerce and Subscription systems, communicating with website operations teams)
