Job Description:
We are seeking an entry-level Regulatory Science Laboratory Technician to join our Chemical R&D team. This role involves supporting laboratory operations, conducting sample analyses, and contributing to regulatory studies to ensure product quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of wet chemistry or laboratory experience and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Recent college graduates with strong chemistry backgrounds are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform lab-scale sample generation and evaluation.
  • Support study setups, report writing, and study tasks aligned with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) standards.
  • Analyze samples, evaluate data, and troubleshoot/maintain laboratory equipment.
  • Complete routine tasks such as handling waste, ordering supplies, scanning raw data, and organizing laboratory spaces.
  • Maintain accurate logs, notebooks, and records of lab activities.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure timely and accurate results.
  • Adhere to all EHS (Environmental Health and Safety), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and Responsible Care regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while supporting regulatory and quality assurance needs.

Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of bench-top/wet-chemistry or general laboratory experience (college graduates with relevant experience will also be considered).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a laboratory setting for an organization.
  • Proficiency in maintaining laboratory instruments and conducting sample analyses.
