How do I make changes to my insurance?
Open enrollment for health insurance begins in June. During this time, you can make changes to your medical, dental, and vision plans such as adding, changing, or canceling coverage. These changes will become effective July 1. Please be advised that you cannot make any changes to your health insurance in the middle of a benefit year, including canceling your benefits, unless you experience a qualifying life event. How do I change or update my banking information for direct deposit?
Direct deposit changes may be completed in the Paylocity software or by reaching out to our team at [email protected]. A form will then be electronically sent to you for signature.
How do I update my personal information such as my address or phone number?
Personal information such as an address or phone number can be updated in the Paylocity software or by reaching out to our team at [email protected]. Name changes will require supporting documentation. How do I submit my timesheet?
Employees entering time into a VMS software should receive instructions from their recruiter prior to their start date. Employees entering time into Paylocity’s Time & Labor will receive instructions shortly after their start date from a member of the Accounting team. Please be advised that you cannot make any changes to your health insurance in the middle of a benefit year, including cancelling your benefits, unless you experience a qualifying life event. How can I get a copy of my pay stub or W-2?
Pay stubs and W-2 Forms may be obtained through the Paylocity software.
Who do I notify if I will be late or miss work?
If unable to arrive at work on time, or if an assigned employee will be absent for an entire day, they must contact a representative of Hunter International and their on-site Client Supervisor at least two hours in advance of the start of their shift. You can reach our attendance line at 440-389-0023 extension 5.
How often do I get paid?
Hunter Recruiting pays bi-weekly on Fridays unless communicated otherwise. A pay schedule will be emailed to you during your first week of employment.
What happens when I finish my contract assignment?
Frequently, our contract employees will be converted over to a permanent position with our client. If the contract ends without this opportunity, our recruitment team will work with you to place you in a new assignment.

If your skills and experience match the needs of our clients, our recruitment team will reach out to you about any relevant positions. If you are not contacted immediately after your submission, your resume will remain in our database and our recruitment team may reach out to you in the future as other positions become available.
Does Hunter Recruiting offer benefits?

Can I work with Hunter if I am not a scientist or engineer?

What is the benefit of working with a recruiter?

What does a recruiter do?
Recruiters find, screen, and attract the best-fit candidates for our clients’ open positions. Recruiters work with candidates holistically throughout the application and selection process, by supporting candidates as they initially consider the position, recommending candidates to the hiring teams, organizing interviews, and helping candidates understand the job offer and benefits package. A recruiter will help you fully understand the job expectations and company culture so that you can shine in your interview and make a well-informed decision if offered the role.
Will a recruiter help me get a job?
If your educational and professional background is well suited for a position, a recruiter will reach out to you and share the job requirements. If you are interested in the role, the recruiter will guide you through the application process and may shortlist, or recommend, you to the hiring team.
How does the hiring process work with a recruiter?
Recruiters do not make hiring decisions but assist companies and organizations in finding highly qualified candidates for their open positions. Recruiters can shortlist, or recommend, specific candidates to the hiring team, but ultimately the hiring decision is made by the client.
How does your agency help us find the right candidates?
We find the right candidates by having an initial consultation with you to get information about the role, the type of candidate you need, and your goals. We then create and post a job description to our proprietary job board and reach out to our pool of over 1.2 million candidates. After initial screenings are completed, we schedule interviews with you and our top candidates and assist throughout the hiring process until a placement is made.
What types of staffing solutions do you offer?
We offer staffing for permanent, temporary, and temp-to-hire positions. Our services also include other solutions including executive search, statement of work, recruitment process outsourcing, managed services, and payroll.
Are your candidates pre-screened before being sent to us?
Yes, every candidate is screened by a recruiter as we find top candidates that meet the needs of your open role.
How quickly can you fill a position for us?
This depends on your specific recruiting needs, and whether the role is temporary or permanent. Hunter Recruiting’s average time to fill a temporary position is 5 days, and direct hire is 20-40 days depending on requirements and timeliness of client interviews. Time to fill spans from the start of the search until an accepted offer from the candidate.
What are your rates and fees for staffing services?
This is based on the extent of the services provided and can vary depending on whether the role is temporary or permanent. Our services may include recruiting for the role, onboarding, training, payrolling, administrative assistance, and more.
Can you help with workforce management or compliance?
We often provide SOW services where we are given a complete project and it is our job to ensure that a supervisor is hired to oversee workforce management onsite. We also have a team of HR professionals who ensure we comply with federal and state regulations.
Do you offer recruitment process outsourcing?
Yes, we offer RPO services for employers looking to outsource their entire recruiting process.
Can you help with both full-time and part-time positions?
Yes, we fill all types of positions including part-time or full-time.
Do you provide temp-to-perm hiring options?
Yes, we can fill temp-to-hire roles and have additional staffing services to help if you need assistance with onboarding, payroll, training, and more.
What happens if a temporary employee doesn’t work out?
If a temporary employee doesn’t meet your expectations, we will work with you to find a replacement as soon as possible.
How do you handle confidentiality and data protection?
We take confidentiality and data protection seriously. All candidate data and information shared by your company are handled following applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR) and our internal privacy policies.
Do you provide onboarding support for new hires?
Yes, we can handle the onboarding of new employees including administrative duties, payroll, training, orientation, and more.
Can you help us with seasonal hiring or high-volume recruitment?
Yes, we provide seasonal and high-volume recruitment campaigns for employers looking to hire for the holidays or large projects.
Do you provide workers’ compensation and liability insurance?
Hunter has insurance to meet the requirements of our customers and a certificate can be provided if necessary. Workers’ compensation insurance is provided in all states where we do business as required by law.
Can you assist with emergency staffing to fill a role quickly?
Yes, our team can get you a candidates for your opening within 24 hours in emergency staffing situations. Onboarding times can vary depending on background check and drug screening requirements.
