Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with various HR functions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Human Resources Administrator Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in the development and communication of benefit-related policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.
- Generate HR reports as needed for management and regulatory purposes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations activities.
- Assist in resolving employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and communication efforts.
Human Resources Administrator Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar capacity.
- Understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
