The Analytical Lab Technician will support analytical lab operations by performing chemical and physical analyses on beverage and concentrate samples. The technician will work under the guidance of the Lab Manager and senior team members to ensure accurate and high-quality data.
Analytical Lab Technician Responsibilities:
- Prepare chemical solutions and perform sample dilutions as required.
- Conduct wet chemistry analyses, including pH, titratable acidity (TA), density, Brix, CO? analysis, color analysis, and volatile extraction, following approved methods.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all analyses and test results.
- Assist in ensuring lab equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Follow all lab safety procedures and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Support additional tasks as assigned by the Lab Manager.
Analytical Lab Technician Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to work with laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong learning ability, good communication skills, and adherence to lab safety protocols.
