The Controls Engineer will be responsible for developing, configuring, and implementing software systems for our machinery. This role will be focused on continuous improvements in our software processes and technologies.
Controls Engineer Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to design and modify control systems.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Ensure the smooth operation of industrial equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in software processes and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Computer Science and Software Development principles. Experience in Back-End Web Development and Programming.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and HMI systems.
- Experience with industrial machinery (preferred but not required).
