Field Operator will support a variety of crop and field activities essential to agricultural operations. This position plays a vital role in field production, seed preparation, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks.

Field Operator will support a variety of crop and field activities essential to agricultural operations. This position plays a vital role in field production, seed preparation, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks.
Field Operator Responsibilities:
- Assist with all stages of field and seed activities including:
- Planting, pollinating, harvesting, threshing, and shipping
- Weeding, detasseling, rogueing, and sampling
- Preparing fields and seed for planting
- Operate farm equipment such as tractors, combines, sprayers, harvesters, and threshers
- Perform maintenance and improvements on farms and assets
- Transport materials and equipment to and from work sites/fields using company vehicles
- Follow all safety protocols and attend company-sponsored safety meetings
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support site safety requirements
- Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors and managers Field Operator Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in agriculture or a related field
- Basic literacy in English to read, write, and understand safety and task instructions
- Ability to lift and carry over 25 lbs
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capable of bending, reaching, and working at or below waist level
- Comfortable with repetitive motions and tasks
- Must tolerate outdoor conditions including mud, heat/cold extremes, insects, and uneven surfaces
