Key Responsibilities:
- Guide new hires (internal and external) through the full onboarding process, including background checks, drug screens, employment paperwork, and pre-employment requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding questions and documentation
- Deliver a professional, consistent, and high-touch candidate experience through phone and email communication
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation
- • Respond to standard employee inquiries; escalate complex issues appropriately
- Support unemployment claims, employment verifications, and compliance tracking
- Assist with benefits enrollment, onboarding materials, and payroll support as needed
- Answer inbound phone lines and greet building visitors professionally
- Manage general office support tasks including supply ordering
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, recruiting coordination, or customer-facing administrative roles
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Clear, friendly, and professional communication style
- Organized and responsive; able to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details
- Someone who takes pride in being the “go-to” person to keep people informed and processes on track
- Strong customer service skills and comfort working with candidates and employees over phone/email
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and take ownership of daily responsibilities
