Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, while ensuring a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
- Achieve department goals by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and coaching employees as needed.
- Plan and evaluate department activities to ensure efficient operations and productivity standards.
- Gather business, financial, and operational data to define strategic goals and evaluate outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends through workshops, publications, and networking to enhance professional knowledge.
- Communicate regularly with managers, directors, and other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Complete necessary documentation for office staff regarding production and staff management.
- Ensure all production lines have the required materials based on the production schedule.
- Work with the Quality team to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
- Enforce safety, food safety, and quality standards and ensure proper documentation when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.

- Ensure production processes meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure data integrity.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and drive efficiency.
Shift Supervisor Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
- Strong understanding of safety, food safety, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production schedules and ensure material availability.
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining data integrity.
- Experience with quality control processes and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a production or food manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with production scheduling and inventory management.
- Strong ability to coach, train, and develop employees.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to cover shifts as needed.
