Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of assigned projects including working with Leadership, team members, and clients to meet both client and company expectations. This position will report to the Senior Project Manager.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Acts as the single point of contact for all aspects of the project. Prioritizes and manages project work, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
- Maintains routine communications with Leadership regarding all aspects of the project.
- Directs and controls all activities to meet customer expectations and meet budgeted financial objectives tied to the project.
- Coordinates and directs the internal team members assigned to the project.
- Maintains project plan and schedule; prepares routine progress reports.
- Conducts project review meetings.
- Monitors project deliverables to ensure quality is maintained.
- Serves as the primary client interface for project schedule, budget, and scope.
- Tracks all project costs to budget, project progress to schedule, and prepares cost-to-completion reports.
- Ensures deliverables are on time, on/under budget, and meet client expectations.
- Assists with proposal development by providing estimates and timelines.
- Develops a detailed schedule for the project.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experiences in project management, with client experience/solutions background.
- Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and managing multiple projects.
- Strong client-facing presence.
- Highly driven and self-directed to move projects forward with little direction.
- Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
- Expertise in project management tools (specifically Smartsheet).
- Experience in managing learning programs preferred.
- Ability to switch between high-level strategic planning and tactical daily execution.
- Comfortable with cross-functional support.
