Sterile Processing Department Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise staff in the Sterile Processing Department.
- Oversee operations for mutually agreed-upon shifts.
- Coordinate schedules and workflow to ensure timely processing of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Enforce adherence to established protocols and regulatory standards for sterilization and decontamination.
- Collaborate with surgical teams and other hospital departments to meet sterile supply needs.

Sterile Processing Department Supervisor:
- Strong background in sterile processing with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Relevant certification (e.g., CRCST) is required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with at least one year of managerial experience.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
