Job Description:
The LMS Associate Trainer will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of eLearning content, troubleshooting course functionality, and ensuring smooth operation of the Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves utilizing managing training assignments, running reports, and collaborating with team members to improve the user experience.

Training Systems Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring the Learning Functional Mailbox. Promptly and accurately responding and troubleshooting requests with utmost attention to detail and customer service.
  • Utilize course authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Lectora, other) to build,  edit, and modify learning content in a fast-paced environment from prebuilt storyboards.
  • Troubleshoot course functionality within course authoring tools and learning management system.
  • Publish SCORM Compliant eLearning materials to the learning management system.
  • Work with team members to ensure issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Utilize systems to record, document, track time and report progress for assigned cases and projects.
  • Collaborate with Regional Learning Implementation Specialists to improve learning management system user experience.
  • Share learning best practices with team to increase team expertise.
  • Serve as back-up company Administrator. Manage and issue training assignments for company employees/contingent staff.
  • Support standard training requirements and external training offerings by running reports, issuing training assignments and completions.
  • Support the translations of content, as needed.
  • Support development of training matrices.
  • Pull and communicate compliance reports and metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Participate in special projects as opportunities arise.

Training Systems Coordinator Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred 1-2 years in related learning and development field utilizing course authoring tools, but not required, as LMS Associates will be trained.
  • Will train someone who has skills including being detail-oriented, precise, and accurate in their work.
  • Ability to communicate project status to team/leadership and meet deadlines.
  • Prefer knowledge of SCORM compliance and advanced SCORM troubleshooting.
  • Practical experience with using training tools, processes, and standards.
  • Experience with file share maintenance, structure, and best practices.
  • Experience with Monday.com, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
