- The role emphasizes the importance of teamwork, respect, and hard work, contributing to the overall mission of growing beautiful plants while adhering to safety policies and procedures in a warehouse environment
- Drive electric carts as needed
- Move tables and space pots/trays
- Mix fertilizer for plant care
- Clean and hose floors in the facility
- Perform light maintenance jobs
- Complete all other duties as assigned
- Plants maintenance (Prune to maintain good quality of plants)
- Plant preparation for shipping (pick and box plants)
- General greenhouse housekeeping and upkeep

- Complete all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work at a fast pace with long periods of standing and bending or sitting
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Reliable transportation
