An Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and assist in the accomplishment of daily tasks.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Greet visitors and assist with directing them to the appropriate individuals or meeting rooms.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for staff members.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents both electronically and physically.
- Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Assist with basic data entry tasks and update spreadsheets or databases as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree or certification in Office Administration or related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with calendar management software is preferred (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar).
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is preferred (e.g., QuickBooks).
